		<description>Ever heard of Moringa?  In the Philippines we call it Malunggay.  It's a tree.  The leaves have long been used as a vegetable added to various recipes.  It has been discovered that this particular "vegetable"  is very good to combat malnutrition in poor families who cannot afford vitamins from a drug store.   It is more effective consumed raw than when it is cooked, since most of the vitamins and minerals are lost when exposed to heat.  It's rich in Vitamin C and Iron and much more. I suggest you look it up.
