You have probably see dozen of commercials for all sort of gyms, equipment etc. You probably don’t see a lot of commercial on walking for example as an exercise or other methods you can use to exercise for free, because companies cannot really make a profit out of this.
To realize the potential exercises have in helping you save money, just think of how much you are spending in two distinct areas: food and medical care. How many medical problems like high cholesterol and blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease problems do you have? Which of them are related to your weight according to your physician?
Just talk to your physician and he will be able to recommend a fitness plan that will include both exercises and a healthy eating program and ways in which you can exercise for free. Many of the diseases we mentioned above can be reversed if you follow a good fitness plan including exercises and healthy eating. If you take this plan seriously, you will start to see that your medical bills will be reduces, you will spend less on food (home made natural vegetables and fruits are a lot cheaper than unhealthy foods like junk food you eat at fast food restaurants etc.) Cent by cent, this will add up at the end of the month. The most important advantage is that you will be feel better, you will be more active, more sociable etc.
