    A healthy diet and and a manageable amount of exercise are two of the most important factors in order to get a full nights sleep. When I was having trouble sleeping I decided to cut down my alcohol intake and eat more fruit and veg. I also started attending my local gym twice a week. After a month of this routine my sleep problem vanished.
