Top 9 Natural Remedies For Face Dry Skin

Natural remedies for face dry skin can be used all  year round. Face dry skin needs extra care, as it is prone to wrinkles and fine lines. This is especially true in the winter because it becomes more dry and there may be a sensation of tension or may peel off.

Face dry skin cannot be classified as a serious condition, but can be uncomfortable, unsightly, turning round cells into shriveled cells and can cause wrinkles.

The skin is exposed to pollution and harmful sun’s rays every day. Changing weather conditions could aggravate dryness and may increase skin sensitivity. It is therefore important to pay attention to maintenance and keep a youthful skin every day.

Many of the commercially available creams do not provide expected results given that they are quite expensive. Many people do not know, but it is a fact that nature can offer the best natural solution to dry skin. Besides, these remedies do not cost much, can be handy and they can have a high efficiency.

There are many natural remedies for face dry skin that you can make for yourself in your own house:

1. Exfoliation with natural yogurt and fruit

With the fruits you can make a slight exfoliating skin while yogurt retains moisture in the skin as it contains lactic acid. The mashed fruit mixture can include papaya, banana, pumpkin and avocado. Crush them and mix them until you get a paste, then mix with yogurt and apply the mixture on your skin.

2. Treatment with honey

Honey helps skin hydration and fights face dry skin; it contains antioxidants and has anti-microbial properties. Thanks to these properties, honey can be found in almost all commercial skin care products. Instead of buying expensive lotions, buy a jar of honey (good honey is not cheap, but cheaper than some cosmetics brand). Use honey to treat dry skin. Heat two tablespoons of honey and apply it on the skin. Let the honey on the skin for 15 minutes and then remove it with warm water.

3. Effective treatment with bananas

Bananas can also be used to treat face dry skin and also neck dry skin. Mash a banana (choose ripe bananas) and apply the paste to the affected areas. Remove by washing with warm water after about 10 minutes. Do this natural treatment for at least a week and you will see soon the difference.

4. Chocolate facial mask

Instead of eating it, apply it on the skin to fight face dry skin. You should not put all the chocolate, but you can make a chocolate facial mask that will make your skin glow, reduce fine lines and provide protection against the sun and environmental pollutants. Mix 5 tablespoons cocoa powder, 4 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of avocado paste. Apply the mask on dry skin and massage gently until the mixture gets into the skin (about 15-20 minutes). Then remove the mask with warm water.

5. Almond oil and avocado lotion

Avocado oil and almond oil are great for skin hydration. You can do a mixture of 100 ml of rose water, two teaspoons of honey, 20 ml of sweet almond oil and 20 ml of avocado oil. Warm the rose water, then dissolved in it the honey and add almond and avocado oil. Lotion obtained is poured into a glass, then keep it cold. In the morning and in the evening apply it on your face and neck and decollete, then wipe it with a cotton pad.

6. AHA and Vitamin C

Both AHA and Vitamin C help reduce fine lines and other signs of aging. Thus, you can get a quick result using during the day a moisturizer that contains vitamin C and AHA based cream at night. Famous for fighting the free radicals alongside vitamin E, vitamin C skin benefits are that it prevents and repairs consequences of sun exposure, protecting the skin from dryness and wrinkles and the dreaded skin cancer.

7. Clean your skin every morning

This should be a general routine; not only when you suffer from face dry skin. Mix one egg with a teaspoon of orange juice, a teaspoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Apply the mixture on your face every morning for 15 minutes. Then remove it by washing.
Regular massage of the face with almond oil and olive helps the dry skin perfectly.

8. Pears

Take a quarter of a pear. Remove the peel and scrape it off. Cool it in refrigerator. Apply it on your skin and leave on for 15 minutes. Then wash with cold water. Pears help to soften dry skin and give it a shine.

9. Water

Drink plenty of fluids (especially water). This helps the body stay hydrated and can resolve a number of skin problems (aside from general health benefits, thanks to adequate consumption of water). Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

All of the natural remedies for face dry skin are at hand for most of us. Just try some of them and be amazed by the results.

But you also have to avoid astringent cleansers to prevent excessive
dryness on some parts of your skin. The best way to ensure that you will not have an allergic
reaction to a specific moisturizer is to obtain an all natural product.

As much as you hate to admit it, loneliness
is also why you smoke. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, with NLP you do not have to visit a therapist
to realize its benefits. So, I had to come to the realization that I had nearly
died from a habit I had told myself I really enjoyed.
